We offer plant peptide sequencing services based on MS, such as pharmacologically active oligopeptides, peptide alkaloids, glycopeptides, etc. Peptide identification and sequence analysis can help customers discover new peptides, develop many new peptide complexes, and develop new peptide drug formulations.
Protein N-terminal and C-terminal sequence composition affect the biological function of proteins. We provide the N-terminal sequence analyzed by the Edman degradation method, and the C-terminal sequence determined by the carboxypeptidase hydrolysis method.
Our services include protein sequence analysis services for new species and protein sequence analysis services for species that have not yet been sequenced. The method has high sample coverage and accuracy.
