Plant protein N/C terminal sequence analysis

Protein N-terminal and C-terminal sequence composition affect the biological function of proteins. We provide the N-terminal sequence analyzed by the Edman degradation method, and the C-terminal sequence determined by the carboxypeptidase hydrolysis method.

De novo sequencing service for plant protein
