Codon optimization service

We use genetic engineering technology to provide clients with expression sequence adjustment services, such as optimization of mRNA secondary structure and Motif and other related parameters, to improve translation efficiency.

Expression vector construction service

We clone the target gene sequences into appropriate expression vectors for expression in host cells, including

  • Insertion of the target gene.
  • Selection of the appropriate promoter.
  • Selection of appropriate tag or reporter gene.

Host cell transformation service

We select the appropriate expression system for clients and introduce the constructed vector into the host cells. Available expression systems include E. coli, yeast, mammalian cells, cell-free systems, or baculovirus-insect expression systems.
