Description
2bp deletion
Target Information
Target Name FIP200
Gene Abbr. RB1CC1
Gene ID 9821
Full Name RB1 inducible coiled-coil 1
Alias ATG17, CC1, FIP200, PPP1R131
Species Human
Genomic Locus chr8:52683894
Transcript NM_014781
WT Expression Level 32.10 TPM (TPM = Transcripts per million; any value less than 3 is considered non-expressing)
Introduction The protein encoded by this gene interacts with signaling pathways to coordinately regulate cell growth, cell proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy, and cell migration. This tumor suppressor also enhances retinoblastoma 1 gene expression in cancer cells. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.
