Not reactive in
No confirmed exceptions from predicted reactivity are currently known

Additional information

Higher apparent molecular weight of VSR1 is due to three determined glycosylations and several more predicted

Description

Vacuolar sorting receptors are involved in sorting clathrin-coated vesicles from the Golgi apparatus to the vacuole. For sorting 12S globulin, 2S albumin, and other seed storage proteins into protein storage vacuoles (psv) in seeds. It may also involve targeting proteins containing N-terminal propeptides to lyse vacuoles. Subcellular localization: Golgi membrane. Aliases: BP80-like protein b, epidermal growth factor receptor-like protein 1, AtELP, AtELP1, Spot 3 protein
