Description
Broad bean lectin (VFA) is labeled with tetramethyl rhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) and combined with the appropriate amount of fluorescent dye to provide the best lectin staining properties. TRITC is a bright orange or red fluorescent dye whose excitation is well suited to the 532nm laser line. Tritc-labeled Vfas can be used for cell imaging applications.
