Description

Plant vacuole V-ATPase is responsible for energy transport of ions and metabolites and acts as a "steward" and stress response enzyme. V-atpase is a multisubunit enzyme composed of membrane region and cytoplasmic catalytic region. It is related to FoF1 ATP synthase. Name of replacement protein: vacuolar proton pump subunit E, protein embryo defect 2448er type CA2+ -ATPase 1,ATECA1, ECA1, er type CA2+ -ATPase 1.
