Description

Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) is used to label the lectin of European larks (UEA I) and combined with the appropriate amount of fluorescein to provide optimal staining properties for the lectin.TRITC is a bright orange or red fluorescent dye whose excitation is well suited for the 532 nm laser line.TRITC-labeled UEA I can be used for cellular imaging applications.
