Cy3 can be used to visualize the binding pattern of European macrophage agglutinin (UEA I) in cellular imaging and flow cytometry.Cy3 is more stable than many other fluorophores and can be seen with TRITC filters. It is usually used in combination with a green fluorescent dye for double labeling.
