Antibody is suitable for recognition of recognize N-terminal, C-terminal and internal Trx-tag in fusion proteins
Trx (Thioredoxin 1) is a REDOX protein whose primary domain is conserved in many members of the Trx family. The protein contains a conserved catalytic site, Cys-Gly-Pro-Cys. This protein is used as a fusion tag in many molecular biology applications.
