Description

TRITC is a bright orange fluorescent dye. The sensitivity of the TRITC hapten-antihapten system makes it a valuable alternative to the biotin-avidin system. The antibody is used to enhance the specific signal obtained by monoclonal antibodies or polyclonal second antibodies that are coupled to TRITC.
