Description

Tic40 is a component of the intracapsular input complex (TIC) in plant chloroform. Tic40 is thought to be a co-chaperone in the stroma chaperone complex that promotes protein transport across cell membranes. Tic40 can be used as a cellular marker in the internal envelope of chlorophyllin.
