Description
Succinylated Konjac protein A lectin (suc Con A) is labeled with tetramethyl rhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) and has the appropriate amount of fluorescent dye binding to provide the optimal staining properties of this lectin. TRITC is a bright orange or red fluorescent dye whose excitation is well suited to the 532nm laser line. Tritc-labeled Succ ConA can be used for cell imaging applications.
