Description
STN7(serine/threonine protein kinase) in Arabidopsis thaliana (EC=2.7.11.1) and its Stt7 homologues in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii are required for LHCII phosphorylation and state transition. This loss of thylakoid-associated kinase leaves stn7 (stt7) deficient mutants in state 1. Alias :Protein STATE TRANSITION 7, Stt7 homolog.
