Description

SPS(sucrose phosphate synthase, EC 2,4,1,14) is a key enzyme in plant carbon flux into sucrose fixation, mainly catalyzing the synthesis of UDP-glucose and fructose 6-phosphate into sucrose phosphate in the cytoplasm of sucrose source leaf tissue. DyLight 594 has an Amax = 593 nm and an Emax = 618 nm. DyLight is a registered trademark of Thermofisher Inc. and its subsidiaries.
