Description

Prokaryotic specific SppA2 protease is found in Polycystis pcc6803, but not in Arabidopsis. SppA2 is twice as small as SppA1, the main type of SppA protease, and is homologous to the C-terminal part of SppA1. Another name: peptidase IV.
