Soy Protein Rapid Kit

The Soy Protein Rapid Test kit is a qualitative immunochromatography lateral flow test kit designed to screen for the presence of soy protein residues in food, ingredients, clean-in-place (CIP) final flush water, and environmental swabs.

The Soy Protein Rapid Kit uses a lateral Flow device (LFD), an immunochromatographic test that uses antibodies that specifically detect soy protein. When the soy protein content reaches the limit of detection (LOD), a positive result is shown by the presence of three lines: the control line, the hook line, and the test line. One control line ensures that the test is working properly, and the other two lines indicate undetectable, low and high levels of soy protein.
