Description

SUMO conjugated enzyme SCE1 (SUMO conjugated enzyme, SCE1) is a SUMO conjugated enzyme whose role is to accept SUMO activated heterodimer SAE1/SAE2 SUMO protein. Covalent binding to other proteins is catalyzed by E3 SUMO ligases SIZ1 and MMS21. Alias: Protein embryo defect 1637, protein hus5 homologous SUMO-conjugase 1,AtSCE1.
