Description

Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is a 40 kDa protein that catalyzes substrate oxidation by hydrogen peroxide to produce colored or fluorescent products or release light as a byproduct of the reaction. It is most commonly used in western blotting, immunoassays, and immunohistochemical methods. Black ginseng lectin (SNA/EBL II) is coupled to HRP in appropriate proportions to provide optimal staining properties.
