Storage
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 2-8℃ for one month. Aliquot and store at -80℃ for 12 months.Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate of the targetprotein. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation andprecipitation were observed. The loss of this protein is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

NCBI Summary
SKP1 is core component of the SCF family of E3 ubiquitin ligases and serves to tether the rest of the complex to an F-box protein, which provides specificity in binding to ubiquitin ligase substrate proteins. Predominately expressed from leptotene to pachytene. Negatively regulates recombination. Interacts with P0, a silencing suppressor protein encoded by poleroviruses by means of a conserved minimal F-box motif.
