RNA/Protein Isolation Kit

The kit allows simple, convenient and rapid step-by-step extraction of RNA and protein separately from a single sample of cultured animal cells or tissues, plants, yeast, bacteria or viruses. The kit is particularly suitable for use with more precious samples, enabling a single sample to be used for both RNA and protein extraction. The kit is not only suitable for the extraction of small amounts of samples, but can also be used for the simultaneous processing of large amounts of different samples, and is particularly suitable for the subsequent simultaneous detection of RNA and protein in the same sample.

This kit is easy and fast to operate and only takes about 1 hour to complete the extraction of RNA and protein.
This kit is based on the principle of multi-component separation of special lysates to extract RNA and protein from the same sample in a stepwise manner.
High quality extraction reagents are used in this kit. The special lysis solution provided in this kit can effectively inhibit RNA degradation and maintain the integrity of RNA in the sample; it can be used for both small samples (e.g., 5-100 mg of tissue or 20-5 million cells) and large samples (e.g., greater than 1 g of tissue or more than 10 million cells). Typically, 5 to 15 μg of RNA can be extracted per million cells and 1 to 10 μg of RNA per mg of tissue.
