Description

hamnogalacturonans (RGs) is a cell wall pectin polysaccharide containing a repeating disaccharide backbone :α-D-GalpA-(1,2) -α-l-Rhap -(1). The antibody against seed mucilage/MeBSA compounds, combining Rha - (1, 4) - gala - (1, 2) - Rha - (1, 2) - gala - (1, 2) - Rha - (1, 4) - Rha - (1, 4) pectin backbone.
