Rapid Extraction Kit Of Plant Protein (Centrifuge column method)

This kit is suitable for extracting total protein from various plant cell and tissue samples. The extraction process is simple and convenient. Proteins extracted from this kit can be used for protein research such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation. The protein extracted in this kit cannot be used in 2D electrophoresis. If you need to use 2D electrophoresis or isoelectric focusing electrophoresis in downstream experiments, please use our other kits. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation chromatography.

Protease inhibitors inhibit protein degradation and the protease inhibitor formulation is optimised. The Protease Inhibitor Blend contains six individual protease inhibitors; each inhibitor specifically inhibits one or more protease activities. The mixture's optimised composition allows it to inhibit almost all essential protease activities, including serine proteases, cysteine proteases, aspartate proteases, alanyl-aminopeptidases, etc.
