Quantitative Proteomics Service for Plant Phosphorylation

Protein phosphorylation modification is an important pathway in organisms, and its donor ATP is widely present in plant cells. Phosphorylation determines the normal functioning of most proteins, which are regulated by phosphatases and protein kinases. The phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of plant proteins are important regulatory mechanisms in cell signaling, development, differentiation, proliferation,  and apoptosis.

CD BioSciences can enrich low concentrations of modified proteins to increase their abundance before quantitative proteomic analysis. Our service helps customers further investigate the functionality of phosphorylated-modified proteins.

Service Content Description
iTRAQ/IBT/TMT Service We combine iTRAQ/IBT/TMT quantitative technology with TiO2 enrichment technology to compare multiple samples at once. This method is widely used in quantitative plant phosphorylation proteomics with low experimental error and high quantitative accuracy.
4D-DIA Service We use the 4D technology to improve ion mobility (CCS) and reduce the complexity of testing samples. We can identify nearly 15000 phosphorylated proteins in one hour, achieving ultra-precise quantification of phosphorylated proteins.
PRM Service We use primary mass spectrometry to screen the target protein and capture all fragment ion signals of the target peptide through PRM. Our service enables more accurate quantification of phosphorylated proteins and stricter quality control.

Service Process

Enzymatic protein hydrolysis in gel or solution

Enrichment of target phosphorylated protein peptides

HPLC separation followed by MS analysis

Analysis of phosphorylation site data
