Glycosylation is the process of connecting sugar chains with proteins to form glycosidic bonds under the action of glycosyltransferases. Glycosylation modification is widely present in plants, affecting the spatial conformation, activity, transportation, and localization of proteins.
CD BioSciences utilizes combinatorial mass spectrometry to analyze glycopeptides in complex glycoproteins and study the composition of the corresponding sugar chains. Our services help clients understand the function of glycoproteins in protein stability, signal transduction, and regulation of cell signaling pathways.

Service Content | Description |
TMT/iTRAQ/DiLeu/IBT Service | We provide an isometric heterotopic chemical labeling method TMT/iTRAQ/DiLeu/IBT suitable for any sample, which reacts with amines on glycopeptides. Our service reduces run-to-run variations, with low missing values, but does not allow in vivo labeling. |
SILAC Service | We use amino acids containing stable heavy isotopes for metabolic labeling when cultivating cells. Our service reduces system errors and allows for in vivo labeling, but is cost-effective for use with fewer biological samples. |
MeSIL Service | We offer MeSIL as a glycan marker, and we label the complete N-glycoprotein through a one-step reaction, which has high labeling efficiency and can be used for complex quantitative data analysis. |
XIC Service | We provide the XIC method to measure the intensity of glycopeptides during the runtime. Our service is available for any sample and there is no limit to the number of samples. |
With years of research on glycosylated proteins, we are able to provide quantitative services in glycosylated proteomics to assist scientific research in various fields, such as
