Plant Protein Extraction Kit

This kit provides a simple and widely used method and corresponding reagents to extract histones. It is suitable for extracting histones from various plant cell and tissue samples. The extraction process is simple and convenient. The yield of histone extraction product is about 0.2 to 0.4 mg per 107 cells or 100 mg of tissue, which varies greatly in different cells and tissues. The extracted protein can be used for WB, protein electrophoresis, histone modification experiments such as acetylation, methylation, sumoylation and other downstream protein research.

Protease inhibitors inhibit protein degradation and the protease inhibitor formulation is optimised. The Protease Inhibitor Blend contains seven individual protease inhibitors; each inhibitor specifically inhibits one or more protease activities. The mixture's optimised composition allows it to inhibit almost all essential protease activities, including serine proteases, cysteine acid proteases, aspartate proteases, alanyl-aminopeptidases, and others.
