Plant Mitochondrial Membrane Protein Extraction Kit

This kit can be used to extract mitochondrial membrane proteins from various plant samples in a simple and rapid way, the extraction process is simple and convenient, and high quality mitochondrial membrane proteins can be extracted within one hour. The kit contains a mixture of protease inhibitors and phosphatase inhibitors, which prevents the degradation of proteins by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-quality proteins. The membrane proteins extracted by this kit are naturally active, and the extracted proteins can be used in a variety of downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, immunoprecipitation, and enzyme activity assays.

Protease inhibitors inhibit protein degradation and the protease inhibitor formulation is optimised. The Protease Inhibitor Blend contains six individual protease inhibitors; each inhibitor specifically inhibits one or more protease activities. The optimised composition of the mixture allows it to inhibit almost all essential protease activities.
