Preparation Method of Plant Fruit Protein

  • Extraction of fruit protein by TCA/ acetone precipitation method
  • Extraction of fruit protein by modified TCA/ acetone method
  • Extraction of fruit protein by phenolysis method (This method is applied to the extraction of fruit anti-freezing protein)
  • Separation of fruit protein by 2-DE
  • Separation of fruit protein by DIGE

Application Fields

The isolated fruit protein can be used to,

Fresh fruits ≥ 2 g, sample repetition times ≥ 6

For fresh fruits that cannot be stored, please send them at low temperature

Send dry samples as far as possible. The sample drying method is: 15 min reaction at 115℃, 70-80℃ drying
