Plant Endoplasmic Reticulum Protein Extraction Kit (Non-enzymatic method)

This kit is suitable for the extraction of endoplasmic reticulum protein from various plant cells and various solid plant tissues, such as leaves, roots, seeds and other plant tissues. The extraction process is simple and convenient, and the prepared endoplasmic reticulum protein is not only of high purity and maintains natural activity, but also has absolutely no cross-contamination.
The unique formula contained in this kit can effectively solubilise endoplasmic reticulum components. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents the degradation of protein by protease, which ensures the extraction of high purity protein.
The proteins extracted in this kit can be used in downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gel shift gel blocking assay, enzyme activity assay and so on.
The proteins extracted in this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation chromatography. The protein samples extracted in this kit contain high concentrations of salt components and cannot be used directly in 2D electrophoresis.

Protease inhibitors inhibit protein degradation and the protease inhibitor formulation is optimised. The Protease Inhibitor Blend contains six separate protease inhibitors AEBSF, Aprotinin, Leupeptin, Pepstatin A, Bestatin, E-64, each of which specifically inhibits one or more protease activities. The optimised composition of the mixture allows it to inhibit almost all essential protease activities, including serine proteases, cysteine proteases, aspartate proteases, alanyl-aminopeptidases and others.
