Plant Endoplasmic Reticulum Membrane Protein Extraction Kit (Non-enzymatic method)

This kit can extract endoplasmic reticulum membrane proteins from a variety of plant samples in a simple and rapid way, the extraction process is simple and convenient, and high quality endoplasmic reticulum membrane proteins can be extracted within one hour. The kit contains a unique formulation that effectively solubilises membrane components. The kit contains a mixture of protease inhibitors and phosphatase inhibitors, which prevents the degradation of proteins by proteases and ensures the extraction of high quality proteins.
The proteins extracted in this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation and chromatography. The proteins extracted in this kit can be used in downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gel shift gel blocking assay, enzyme activity assay and so on.

Protease inhibitors inhibit protein degradation and the protease inhibitor formulation is optimised. The Protease Inhibitor Blend contains six individual protease inhibitors; each inhibitor specifically inhibits one or more protease activities. The optimised composition of the mixture allows it to inhibit almost all essential protease activities.
