Plant Endoplasmic Reticulum Membrane Protein Extraction Kit (Low speed centrifugation, non-enzymatic method)

This product can be used to extract endoplasmic reticulum membrane proteins from various plant samples in a simple and rapid way, the extraction process is simple and convenient, and can be quickly extracted to obtain high-quality endoplasmic reticulum membrane proteins.
This product contains a unique formulation that effectively solubilises membrane components. It contains a mixture of protease inhibitors and phosphatase inhibitors to prevent protein degradation by proteases, which ensures the extraction of high quality proteins.
The protein extracted from this product is active protein with natural protein conformation. It can be used in WB, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, enzyme activity determination and other downstream protein research experiments.
This product does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelate and chromatography.
The protein samples extracted from this product contain high salt concentration and cannot be used directly in 2D electrophoresis.

Protease inhibitors inhibit protein degradation and the protease inhibitor formulation is optimised. The Protease Inhibitor Blend contains six separate protease inhibitors, AEBSF, Aprotinin, Leupeptin, Pepstatin A, Bestatin, and E-64, each of which specifically inhibits one or more protease activities. The optimised composition of the mixture allows it to inhibit almost all essential protease activities, including serine proteases, cysteine proteases, aspartate proteases, alanyl-aminopeptidases and others.
