Plant Chloroplast Protein Extraction Kit

This kit is an emerging product that combines the Plant Chloroplast Purification Kit and the Bacterial Protein Extraction Kit, and is specifically designed for the rapid extraction of plant chloroplast proteins.

Ready-to-use kit, users do not need to prepare various solutions separately.
The product is sufficient for 15 extractions and can treat 30g of leaves each time.
The extracts obtained can be directly used for SDS-PAGE, 2D electrophoresis, immunoblotting analysis, protein activity assay and protein quantification by BCA method and Lowry method (not applicable to Bradford method).
It has been successfully used on spinach, soybean, lettuce, cabbage, tobacco and sugar beet and can be used on many more plants (optimised conditions may be required).
