Plant Chloroplast Membrane Protein Extraction Kit

This kit is a simple and rapid method to extract chloroplast membrane proteins from various plant samples. The extraction process is simple and convenient, and high quality chloroplast membrane proteins can be extracted within one hour. The kit contains a unique formulation that can effectively solubilise membrane components. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents protein degradation by proteases, which ensures the extraction of high purity proteins.
The proteins extracted in this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation chromatography. The proteins extracted in this kit can be used in downstream protein research experiments such as WB, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity assay, Gel shift gel block assay, enzyme activity assay, and so on.
The protein samples extracted in this kit contain high concentration of salt components and cannot be used directly in 2D electrophoresis.
