Description
Pisum sativum lectin (PSA/PSL) is labeled with tetramethyl Rhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) and combined with the appropriate amount of fluorescent dye to provide the optimal staining properties of this lectin. TRITC is a bright orange or red fluorescent dye whose excitation is well suited to the 532nm laser line. Tritc-labeled PSA/PSL can be used for cell imaging applications.
