Description

Separopore® Large Beads are larger than average agarose bead size (160-250 microns) to facilitate coupling of cells and organelles and enzymes. Appropriate structure and stability are obtained using affinity-purified Pisum sativum lectin (PSA/PSL) immobilized on 4% agarose large beads.
