Description

PHOT1 | phototropin-1 is a blue light photoreceptor containing a light-activated serine-threonine kinase domain. It is necessary for stomatal opening, chloroplast movement, leaf flattening and phototropism. Undergo blu-dependent autophosphorylation. Alias :NPH1, RPT1, JK224, non-phototropic hypocotyl protein 1, root phototropic protein 1
