Description

The plant cell wall surrounds the plant cell, forming a complex network of polysaccharides, including cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin polysaccharides, and glycoproteins. Anchored or embedded in the plant cell wall are other polymers, such as lignin, lignin, or cutin. This antibody against branched galactis is now a cell wall marker that could facilitate studies of vascular development in a range of different angiosperms.
