Pectic polysaccharide, beta-1,4-galactan (monoclonal, clone LM5)

Contains 0.05% Sodium Azide.No cross-reactivity with (1-3)-beta-D-galactans or (1-6)-beta-D-galactans.It recognizes a linear tetrasaccharide in (1-4)-beta-D-galactans.In ELISA (competitive inhibition), antibody is binding to: (1-4)-beta-D-galactan is inhibited (50%) by 58 µg/ml (1-4)-beta-D-galactotetraose and by 0.7 µg/ml lupin (1-4)-beta-D-galactan.
