Contains 0.05% Sodium Azide.Antibody recognition of arabinans increases with arabinofuranosidase action. Binds to a specific subset of pectic arabinans, and to longer stretches of 1,5-linked arabinosyl residues that are likely to be more abundant in unbranched arabinans.

Description

The plant cell wall surrounds the plant cell, forming a complex network of polysaccharides, including cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin polysaccharides, and glycoproteins. Anchored or embedded in the plant cell wall are other polymers, such as lignin, lignin, or cutin. Pectin is the main polysaccharide to construct the pectin matrix of the primary plant cell wall.
