Peanut Protein Rapid Kit

The Peanut Protein Rapid kit is a qualitative immunochromatography lateral flow test kit designed to screen for the presence of peanut protein residues in food, ingredients, in situ cleaning (CIP) final rinse water and environmental swabs.

The Peanut Protein Rapid Kit uses a lateral Flow device (LFD), an immunochromatographic test that uses antibodies that specifically detect peanut protein. When the peanut protein content reaches the detection limit (LOD), a positive result is shown by the presence of three lines: the control line, the hook line, and the test line. One control line ensures the test is working properly, and the other two lines indicate high, low, and undetectable levels of peanut protein.
