Description
A soy peptone produced via enzymatic hydrolysis (papain) of defatted, Identity Preserved (IP) soy flour. Certified non-animal, it brings balanced levels of sugar, nitrogen and trace elements, thereby favoring the growth of numerous bacterial strains, as well as yeasts & molds.
