The extracted protein is provided in vials at a concentration of 5mg/ml and shipped on dry ice. Protein can also be provided in denatured SDS Sample buffer for only Western blotting use.
Additional information
The clarity and resolution of protein bands were validated using denatured SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining. Using specificity β - Immunoblotting with actin antibody was used to detect the integrity of the protein.

Description
Onion total protein (protein lysate) is isolated from freshly harvested tissues of single healthy normal donor. Tissues are homogenized in protein lysis buffer supplemented with a cocktail of protease inhibitors to minimize proteolysis and precisely quantified.
