One-Step Plant Active Protein Extraction Kit

This kit can extract soluble active proteins from plant tissues within 10 min, and the extracted proteins can be analysed for protein activity by SDS-PAGE, 2D electrophoresis, Western blotting and immunoprecipitation, Pull Down, EMSA, and affinity purification. The method has been experimented on leaves, roots, flowers and seeds of Arabidopsis thaliana, tomato, spinach, pea and soybean, and the method is fast and effective.
