Description

Xyloglucan is a polysaccharide commonly referred to as hemicellulose that is present in the primary cell wall of vascular plants. This antibody binds to the galactose side chain of non-focused xyglucan-5 and appears to preferentially bind to the galactose side chain closest to the reduced end of the xyglucan oligosaccharide subunit (XXLG, XLLG).
