Additional information

Exact working dilution needs to be determined by end user,CCRC-M100 binds only to the xyloglucan sub-unit, XXXG, and shows no cross-reactivity with other xyloglucan sub-units tested, CCRC-M100 shows some cross-reactivity with sycamore pectic polysaccharides and linseed mucilage

Description

Xyloglucan is a polysaccharide commonly referred to as hemicellulose that is present in the primary cell wall of vascular plants. This antibody binds to the galactose-side chain of the non-focused xylose-glucosan-3 and preferentially binds to the galactose-side chain nearest the reducing end of the xylose-glucosan-oligosaccharide subunit (XXXG).
