Description

nadd-me (Mitochondrial NADD-dependent malidase) is an enzyme that catalyzes the decarboxylation of 4-malate carbon in bunch-sheath cells and releases carbon dioxide in some C4 plants. This enzyme plays a key role in carbon fixation during photosynthesis.
