Description

The Separopore® large bead is larger than the average agarose bead size (160-250 microns) and promotes the coupling of cells and organelles and enzymes. The affinities purified pomifera lectin (MPL/MPA) is fixed on 4% agarose macrosphere to make the lectin have proper structure and stability.
