Lycopersicon Esculentum (Tomato) Lectin (LEL, TL), DyLight® 488

Cat: PL00731
Size: 1 mg
Sugar Specificity: [GlcNAc]1-4, N-Acetylglucosamine
Datasheet:

Description

Lectins are effective markers of blood vessels and microglia in rodents. Conjugation of lectins to fluorophore facilitates rapid, one-step detection and visualization using intravascular perfusion methods or directly applied to tissue sections. DyLight™ 488-labeled lectins have the right amount of fluorescent dye to provide the best staining properties for this lectin. This conjugated substance basically does not contain unconjugated fluorescent dyes. The excitation maximum is 493 nm and the emission maximum is 518 nm.
