Lotus tetragonolobus Lectin (LTL) - Biotinylated

Cat: PL00022
Size: 1 mg/2 mg
Sugar Specificity: α-Fucose
Datasheet:

Description

Biotin is a small molecule involved in a variety of metabolic processes. This ligand forms complexes with affinogens and chain affinogens, leading to the strongest known non-covalent protein-ligand interaction. Biotinylated Lotus Tetragonal Lectin (LTL) has the appropriate amount of biotin binding to provide optimal assay properties when using either the affinity hormone- hrp or chain affinity hormone- hrp couplers. Biotinylated lectins allow for more sensitive detection in ELISA and Western-blotting applications.
