Description

Each vial contains purified potato 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO), provided at 0.1 M Tris-HCl (pH 7.4) and containing 0.1% BSA. 5-LO has been formulated to screen for 5-LO specific inhibitors, using enough enzymes for 96 Wells. When following the lipoxygenase inhibitor screening protocol, with linoleic acid as the substrate, the final absorbance of the 90µl diluent enzyme is 0.25-0.29.
