Lens culinaris (Lentil) lectin (LCA/LCH) is labeled with tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) and combined with the appropriate amount of fluorescent dye to provide optimal staining properties for this lectin.TRITC is a bright orange or red fluorescent dye whose excitation is well suited to the 532 nm laser line.TRITC-labeled LCA/LCH can be used for cellular imaging applications.
